I have learned how to approach my development, I worked on my core strengths and core competencies which I learned by the Strength Finder Test. Then we started to work on different ways how to approach my career change. I started to work with different stake holders in my company and found out that actually, we have a development program, I got full support from HR and from my line manager. Company assigns me an internal mentor as well, so that we can discuss the right direction for me. In combination with all above mentioned, I gained confidence and I am now sure of how I would like to continue my career and move forward. As a result of my confidence boost, I have received several offers for different type of jobs, so now I can choose what, in combination of my strengths, is the right one. As well as I realized that what really gives me energy is if I can help others. So, I signed up for couple of programs; one helping others to be better at accounting and sign in the crisis intervention course to later be able to help children and their parents with complicated family relationship.I have greatly benefited from the coaching and mentoring services provided by FinMentorLab. Their team's dedication to client success is truly commendable.
